Enjoy light refreshments from 5:30 - 6 pm then immerse yourself in a sound bath with Sound Bowls while resting-relaxing-recharging in the Essence Room with the Energy Enhancement System from 6 - 8 pm $90 per person

Allow the gentle spirit of Cacao to soften your heart and assist you in connecting more deeply with your body and true self as you are guided through a rejuvenating Earth and Spirit based guided meditation while resting-relaxing-recharging in the Essence Room with the Energy Enhancement System.

Do a 30-minute Detox Bath Soak within 24 hours after each visit using the following recipe:

2 c. Himalayan Sea Salt

2 c. Baking Soda

1 c. Borax

If unable to do a bath, a 30-minute foot soak can be done by cutting the recipe in half.
